We made buttery cakes with sweet, ripe bananas, and mildly spiced them with cinnamon & nutmeg. Filled with a handful of crumbled peanut brittle, made using roasted peanuts, a spread of peanut buttercream, and salted caramel. Frosted with smooth, creamy peanut buttercream and finished with more salted caramel and peanut brittle
