So we tried to figure out a cake that transcends the standard cake.
Here’s what we did… we made a simple, fluffy, buttery white cake. It has a creamy, buttery crumb… none of that light, weightless cake here.
We give you the option to fill this beauty up four different ways - with lemon curd, salted caramel, strawberry preserves, or melted chocolate (all of our fillings and toppings are freshly made too, so yay).
We applied a scanty, nearly nude covering of vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream, and then topped him (yes, him!) with mini ring donuts, and then drizzled, drizzled, drizzled….. yummmmm.
