Customer Experience and Sales Manager
Honey’s Cupcakes is seeking an experienced customer service representative.
This team member will handle customer experience and sales via telephone, email and social media, and in-person at pop-up shops.
This is a full-time position. Interested applicants must be available to work on Saturdays and the occasional Sunday.
Tasks:
- Manage telephone lines and customer enquiries
- Respond to emails and online enquiries
- Create, manage and keep track of invoices
- Accompany driver on delivery runs
- Maintain clean and safe work space
Requirements:
- Must be available for schedule listed above
- Must be able to communicate in clear, concise English
- Must be proficient in using computers and smartphones
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms
- Reliable, punctual and friendly work demeanour
- Ability to learn quickly, take direction, and work independently
- At least two years customer service and sales experience
- Must provide two professional references
Salary will be determined by experience.
